Exchange & Refund Policy

All sales are final after 7 days of receipt date. We must have contact requesting Exchange or Refund before expiry of these 7 days, otherwise validity ceases.

We are happy to make exchanges within 7 days of receipt date, providing stock ordered is available. Exchanges cannot be accepted on used, damaged, soiled, stained or washed items. All items must be in original condition for a complete exchange. Items to be exchanged must be returned to Flynnish at customers own cost. Exchanges must be accompanied by original receipts.

Refunds will only be given in exceptional cases at the owner’s discretion.
